Process: International Email Support

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur | Work from Office

• 🎓 Graduation in any stream – Mandatory
• 💼 Must have a minimum of 1 year of international customer support/customer handling experience
• 📝 Excellent written communication skills
• 🌍 International customer support experience preferred
• 🔄 Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
• 📄 Relevant experience must be on paper

💼 Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer queries through email professionally and accurately
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required

💰 Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹36,000/month

💵 Approx. ₹29,500/month in hand

🎯 PLI: Up to ₹1,000/month, based on performance ( Will be applicable after the training period)
