Job Description

We are looking for a B2B E-Commerce Platform Executive to manage our B2B e-commerce platform and daily computer operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, prices, images, and stock.
  • Process and manage customer orders.
  • Update inventory and product information.
  • Handle customer queries through phone and WhatsApp.
  • Track orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
  • Manage basic computer and office work.
  • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce platforms.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
