Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive with experience in dispatch operations, sales coordination, and export documentation.
What You'll Do
* Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely order processing.
* Prepare invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
* Handle export documentation and coordinate domestic & international shipments.
* Coordinate with the sales team for order fulfillment and dispatch planning.
* Track shipments and maintain accurate dispatch records.
* Communicate with transporters, logistics partners, and courier services.
Preferred Skills
* 1–2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics.
* Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple dispatches with accuracy and efficiency.
