Job Description

TVS two-wheeler loans ki overdue EMIs collect karne ke liye assigned customers ke address par field visit karna.


Customers ke pending dues clear karwana aur on-spot payment/receipt generate karna.


Jo customers payment me delay kar rahe hain, unhe TVS Credit ki policy samjhana aur payment regularize karwana.

Severe default cases me TVS guidelines ke tehat vehicle surrender / legal recovery process coordinate karna.


Daily collection report aur field updates branch manager ya team leader ko submit karna.
