CRM – Order Confirmation


Company: ToppersNotes

Role: CRM – Order Confirmation

Work Mode: Work from Office

Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary:₹15,000 CTC

Experience: Minimum 6 months in calling


Job Responsibilities:


* Call customers to confirm orders.

* Verify customer and order details.

* Follow up on pending/unconfirmed orders.

* Update order status and customer details in CRM.

* Coordinate with the relevant team for order processing.

* Handle basic customer queries.


Required Skills:


* Minimum 6 months of calling experience.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Basic English proficiency.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
