Job Description

Customer Support / Telecalling Executiv

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives

Eligibility:

  • Class 12 pass, diploma holders, undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates can apply.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Good English communication skills required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Follow communication procedures and achieve performance targets.

Work Schedule:

  • 9.5-hour shift scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
  • 5.5 working days per week.
  • 6 weekly offs per month.
  • Fixed shift and 2 paid leaves per month.
  • Indian festival holidays off.
