Job Description

Customer Care Executive | Marketing Matrix

Location: Durgapura, Jaipur Experience: Minimum 1+ Year

  • Responsibilities:Handle existing client communication & support.
  • Schedule meetings with new leads and clients.
  • Coordinate client issues with the internal team and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up after meetings and maintain client relationships.
  • Client retention and payment follow-ups/collections.
  • Share regular client updates and reports.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1+ year experience in Customer Care/Client Handling.
  • Excellent Hindi communication & follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM.
  • Must be camera-friendly and confident (mandatory).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
