About the Role

Teleperformance is hiring dynamic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound, chats, or emails.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and update records in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time.



Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
