Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):
- कॉल करना (Outbound Calling): दिए गए डेटा या लीड्स पर फोन करके संभावित ग्राहकों (Potential customers) से संपर्क करना।
- उत्पाद की जानकारी देना (Pitching/Selling): क्रेडिट कार्ड के फीचर्स, ऑफर्स, ब्याज दरों और फायदों (Cashback, Rewards, Limit) को सरल हिंदी में समझाना।
- सवालों के जवाब देना (Query Resolution): ग्राहकों के मन में क्रेडिट कार्ड से जुड़े सवालों और शंकाओं का तुरंत समाधान करना।
- लीड जनरेशन और क्लोजिंग (Lead Generation): जो ग्राहक कार्ड लेने में रुचि दिखाते हैं, उनकी पात्रता (Eligibility/KYC info) की जांच करना और आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी करना।
- फॉलो-अप (Follow-ups): जिन ग्राहकों ने तुरंत हां या ना नहीं किया, उन्हें तय समय पर दोबारा कॉल करना।
- डेटा प्रबंधन (Data Management): कॉल के नतीजों (Interested, Not Interested, Call Back) को सॉफ्टवेयर या एक्सेल शीट में सही-सही दर्ज करना।
