Job Title: Counter Sales Executive / Store Sales Executive
Department: Retail / Sales
Location: Vaidji ka charuraya Niwaru road Jhotwara Jaipur
Experience: 0 to 6 years (Freshers are welcome)
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate
Salary: Best in industry / Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop, understand their requirements, and guide them in choosing the right products.
Driving Sales: Explain product features and benefits effectively to encourage purchases and help meet daily/monthly store sales targets.
Billing & Cash Management: Handle billing at the counter accurately, process payments via cash, UPI, or card, and match the cash register at the end of the day.
Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock availability at the counter, replenish items when needed, and assist in organizing and displaying new stock neatly.
Store Maintenance: Keep the counter and surrounding display area clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
