Job Description

They should be able to:


  • Accompany the founder to project/site visits
  • Shoot founder-led Reels and talking-head videos
  • Capture architecture, interiors, materials, details, walkthroughs and B-roll
  • Shoot behind-the-scenes content
  • Understand lighting, composition, framing and movement
  • Help the founder with what to say, hooks and presentation
  • Turn one site visit into multiple pieces of content
  • Edit Reels professionally
  • Add captions, subtitles, music, sound design, transitions and graphics
  • Create Stories and supporting content
  • Write/basic-edit captions and hooks
  • Maintain the content calendar
  • Post directly on Instagram
  • Track performance and suggest what should be made next
  • Maintain Personal page of Founder and explain their day to day life in and out
