Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Content Creator to join our team and help us create engaging content for our social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, be comfortable shooting short videos, and have a creative eye for making Reels and product content.
Key Responsibilities
• Create daily/regular Instagram Reels and social media content.
• Shoot product videos, behind-the-scenes content, founder/team videos, testimonials, and creative Reels.
• Come up with new and trending content ideas.
• Follow current Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and viral content.
• Shoot content using a smartphone/camera.
• Edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar tools.
• Create content around our handicrafts, gifting products, festivals, Jaipur, craftsmanship, and brand story.
• Assist with product photography and video shoots.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for the content calendar.
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into engaging social media content.
• Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual style.
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good understanding of social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut / Canva / VN is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio or good content skills can also apply.
Preferred
• Previous experience creating Instagram Reels or social media content.
• Basic photography/video-shooting skills.
• Experience with lifestyle, fashion, gifting, handicraft, jewellery, or retail brands is a plus.
• Comfortable being involved in videos/on-camera content when required.
