Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with relevant experience in the banking or NBFC sector and mandatory experience in secured loans (LAP / Home Loans / Mortgage Finance).
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for secured loan products.
- Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage the complete loan sales process.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Banking / NBFC.
- Mandatory experience in secured loan sales.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with good market knowledge.
