Business Development Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calling, networking, references, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
• Explain company services/products to clients and handle their queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other required documents.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate lead records.
• Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain regular updates of sales activities and client interactions.
• Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
