Job Description

Tally Operator | Billing Executive | Cash Collection

  1. Managing overall day-to-day business operations and administration.
  2. Maintaining accounts, ledgers, sales, purchases, expenses, and financial records using Tally Prime.
  3. Preparing sales invoices, quotations, bills, receipts, and other required documents.
  4. Handling customer billing and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  5. Managing cash collection from customers and maintaining daily cash records.
  6. Recording cash and bank transactions and performing regular reconciliation.
  7. Handling GST-related accounting entries and maintaining proper financial documentation.
  8. Ensuring proper maintenance, accuracy, and confidentiality of financial records.
