Job Description
HIRING – BILLING ENGINEER (CIVIL)
Company: Proficient Triangle Engineers
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Project: Institutional Building Construction
We are looking for an experienced and competent Billing Engineer (Civil) to join our project team for ongoing institutional building construction projects in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Taking and checking site measurements as per drawings and BOQ.
- Preparation of quantity sheets, abstracts and billing statements.
- BOQ quantity verification and reconciliation.
- Rate analysis and preparation of extra/substituted item statements.
- Checking work quantities executed at site.
- Coordination with Client, PMC, Architects and Site Engineers for measurement and bill certification.
- Preparation of material reconciliation and other project-related statements.
- Maintaining proper documentation of measurements, bills and supporting documents.
- Monitoring quantities and costs against the BOQ/contract.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in building/institutional construction.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Measurement Book, Rate Analysis and Quantity Surveying.
- Experience with Excel and AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience in institutional, commercial or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling billing activities at site.
- Immediate/early joining will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and suitability.
