Job Description

कार्य विवरण (Job Profile):

हमारी कंपनी को सोलर डिवीजन के लिए एक अनुभवी और ऊर्जावान बैक ऑफिस एवं लीड कन्वर्जन एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है। चयनित उम्मीदवार का मुख्य कार्य सोलर रूफटॉप प्रोजेक्ट्स की लीड्स को संभालना, फॉलो-अप लेकर लीड्स को कन्वर्ट करना, साइट सर्वे कोऑर्डिनेट करना और बैक ऑफिस का काम देखना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

  • लीड मैनेजमेंट एवं कन्वर्जन: सभी सोलर लीड्स (Inbound/Outbound) को कॉल करना, ग्राहकों को रूफटॉप सोलर के फायदे समझाना और फॉलो-अप लेकर लीड को सेल्स में बदलना।
  • ग्राहक समन्वय: ग्राहकों की बिजली खपत (Electricity Bill) के अनुसार सोलर कैपेसिटी समझाना और बेसिक कोटेशन/प्रपोजल भेजना।
  • फील्ड टीम कोऑर्डिनेशन: टेक्निकल टीम और फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव्स के साथ साइट सर्वे और विजिट का समय तय करना।
  • डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और डेटा मैनेजमेंट: CRM या MS Excel में प्रतिदिन लीड्स का स्टेटस अपडेट करना और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
  • बैक ऑफिस सपोर्ट: सोलर सब्सिडी, नेट मीटरिंग और डिस्कॉम (DISCOM) से संबंधित बेसिक कागजी कार्रवाई में समन्वय करना।

योग्यता और कौशल (Requirements & Skills):

  • सोलर इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव अनिवार्य: सोलर सेक्टर (Rooftop/Commercial Solar) में कम से कम 1 वर्ष का टेली-कॉलिंग, इनसाइड सेल्स या बैक ऑफिस का अनुभव।
  • हिंदी भाषा में बेहतरीन बातचीत (Communication) और नेगोशिएशन का हुनर।
  • कंप्यूटर, MS Excel और Google Sheets पर काम करने की अच्छी जानकारी।
  • रूफटॉप सोलर सिस्टम, किलोवाट (KW) कैलकुलेशन और सब्सिडी प्रोसेस की बुनियादी समझ।
