• Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Follow up for pending payments and maintain payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related entries.
• Check and verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of expenses and transactions.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and other departments for account-related matters.
• Manage data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting-related work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support senior management/accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Candidates with a B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting background will be preferred.
