Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately in Tally
  • Maintain ledgers, invoices, and basic bookkeeping entries
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with basic financial reporting
  • Maintain parallel records in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
  • Assist with vendor and payment-related data entry
  • Coordinate with the accounts team on documentation and filing
