Job Description
* Prepare invoices, purchase/sales entries, receipts and payments.
* Handle Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
* Manage bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
* Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory records/returns.
* Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.
* Maintain proper documentation of bills and vouchers.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and customers.
* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
Required Skills:
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
* Good knowledge of Tally, GST and MS Excel.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
