Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial documents.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Tally/Excel.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting-related work.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment and billing-related queries.
- Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
- Support the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
