Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Role :-

We are looking for a Helper Chef to assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and comfortable working at an outer location.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the chef in daily kitchen preparation and cooking activities.
• Good skills in cutting and chopping vegetables and other ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work area.
• Assist in tandoor operations and basic tandoor preparation.
• Help with preparation of pizza/onion pizza and other kitchen items as instructed by the chef.
• Assist with dough preparation, ingredient preparation, and mise en place.
• Clean and maintain the tandoor and kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Support the senior chef during busy working hours.
• Properly store raw materials and minimize food wastage.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef/Supervisor.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Kitchen Helper / Chef Helper / Tandoor Helper preferred.
• Must have good chopping and cleaning skills.
• Basic knowledge of tandoor work is required.
• Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work for long hours in a kitchen environment.
• Candidate must be willing to work at an outer location.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
