About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team on an onsite basis. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, marketing, promotional, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, and marketing content.
• Review, organize, trim, and arrange raw footage to create a smooth and engaging storyline.
• Add transitions, text, captions, motion graphics, effects, background music, and sound effects where required.
• Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, and noise reduction.
• Create videos according to brand guidelines and creative requirements.
• Understand content briefs and convert ideas/scripts into visually engaging videos.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets quality standards.
• Maintain proper organization of raw footage, project files, and final videos.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
• Complete assigned projects within the given deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canva and motion graphics is preferred.
• Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual composition.
• Good knowledge of audio syncing, sound effects, subtitles, and colour correction.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand feedback and make quick revisions.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
