Telesales Executive
Location: Indore
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹29,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Department: Sales & Business Development
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, call quality standards, and SLA requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion and customer onboarding.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle outbound calls confidently.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
