Job Description - Telesales Executive (Outbound Voice Process)

 

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to make outbound domestic calls, sell health insurance policies, and deliver quality service as per company standards.

  • Location: Indore
  • Salary: Up to ₹2.79 LPA

For Experience:

  • In-hand: ~₹19,000/month
  • CTC: ~₹23,000/month
  • In-hand: ~12k - 13k /month
  • CTC: ~17k - 18k

Additional Perk: Unlimited Incentives ( Based on target achievement and performance)

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in any industry (experience letter mandatory)
  • Education: Graduation mandatory
