Job Description

Urgently hiring enthusiastic and engaged Telecaller with good communication skills, For E-commerce Order Varification Process.

Candidate must be efficient in Basics of MS Word & MS Excel with good speaking & writing ability, must be computer literate with knowledge in Internet Surfing.

freshers are also welcomed if suites the criteria.

Role and Responsibility

  • Responsible for regular office activities and Tele-calling as per the provided Order Database.
  • Obtaining customer information/Consent and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • processing product orders in a professional manner.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
