• 🎯 Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to farmers and invite them to visit our agriculture exhibition.
• Contact agricultural companies, manufacturers, dealers, and distributors regarding exhibitor participation.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide exhibition details to interested businesses.
• Follow up with prospective exhibitors and maintain calling records.
• Update lead information and daily calling reports.
• Support the team in achieving farmer outreach and exhibitor inquiry targets.
• ✅ Skills RequiredGood Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone communication.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and work toward targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
