Job Description

Develop and execute organic social media strategies for lead generation.

Generate quality leads through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories and other promotional content.

Manage and grow company social media pages organically.

Identify trending topics, hashtags and content opportunities to increase reach and engagement.

Convert social media engagement into genuine business leads.

Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement and lead generation.

Conduct competitor and market research to improve content strategy.

Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead follow-up and conversion.

Maintain regular reporting of leads, engagement and campaign performance.
