Social Media & Brand Content Executive

Visuotech is looking for a creative and brand-focused Social Media & Content Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us build a strong, recognizable brand.

We are not looking for someone who only posts content. We need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and remember a brand.

What You'll Do

• Manage social media presence and content calendar
• Create and edit engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts and stories
• Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns
• Write hooks, captions, scripts and engaging brand content
• Understand trends and creatively adapt them for the our brand
• Create content that improves brand awareness, engagement and organic reach
• Maintain a consistent visual identity, tone and communication style
• Research competitors, content trends and new formats
• Experiment with different hooks and content styles to understand what performs
• Work independently on ideas instead of waiting for instructions for every post
• We're Looking For Someone WhoIs highly creative and constantly thinks of new content ideas
• Has strong video-editing skills, especially for Reels/short-form content
• Understands hooks, storytelling and audience attention
• Can write engaging scripts, captions and social media copy
• Has a good understanding of branding and visual communication
• Understands Instagram and other major social media platforms
• Can use tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva or similar
• Keeps up with social media trends without blindly copying them
• Can look at a brand and think, "How can I make people notice and remember this?"

Most Important

Your primary responsibility will be to build the company brand through content and social media.
