Showroom Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, understand their requirements, explain products, and drive sales within the showroom. The candidate should have good customer-handling and communication skills with a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Demonstrate products and assist customers throughout the buying process.

Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

Follow up with interested customers and support sales closure.

Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.

Keep the showroom and product displays clean and organized.

Coordinate with the team for billing, stock availability, and order processing.

Requirements:

Both genders allowed.

12th Pass qualification required.

Basic English communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom/retail sales.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong convincing and sales skills.

Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Fixed: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive: Up to ₹3,000
