Role: Senior Developer / Architect
Are you an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, designing scalable systems, and leading engineering teams?
We’re looking for a Senior Developer / Architect to join our team and take ownership of the architecture and development of core modules within our Cloud-based GRC & Third-Party Risk Management SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
Design and architect scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS solutions
Lead technical architecture decisions across frontend and backend systems
Build configurable workflow engines, forms, questionnaires,risk-scoring systems
Design and develop REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations
Work with AWS/Azure cloud environments
Ensure application security, data privacy, and enterprise compliance
Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
Follow engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and Agile development
Collaborate with Product Managers to convert business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize applications for large-scale enterprise datasets
Own the technical roadmap for assigned platform modules
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional software development experience
1+ years of experience in a Lead/Architect capacity.
Strong backend development experience in .NET/C# or Java
Experience with React or Angular
Strong knowledge of SQL Server/PostgreSQL
Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Strong understanding of application security and enterprise systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or RegTech
Experience building workflow automation / no-code platforms
Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, SSO/SAML, and compliance frameworks
Experience working with large-scale enterprise SaaS applications
