Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 3–4 years of relevant sales experience and a strong background in the Construction Industry.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction processes, services, and project requirements, along with the ability to confidently handle clients, conduct meetings, generate business opportunities, and convert leads into successful projects.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate new business opportunities and leads.
• Conduct meetings with clients and understand their requirements.
• Handle client communication and build long-term relationships.
• Present and explain the company’s construction services professionally.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.
• Maintain regular sales reports and client updates.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable construction-related solutions.
• Discuss basic construction scope, project requirements, and services with clients.
• REQUIRED SKILLS3–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Mandatory/Preferred experience in the Construction Industry.
• Good practical knowledge and understanding of construction-related services and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client-handling and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently conduct client meetings.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the Indore market will be an added advantage.
