• Job Responsibilities to close lead for commercial office, retail, and warehouse leasing & sales.
• Meet corporate clients to understand their real estate requirements.
• Conduct property inspections and client site visits.
• Present suitable commercial properties and negotiate lease/sale terms.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and transactions in the CRM.
• Stay updated with market trends, rentals, and commercial property availability.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of commercial office spaces, retail spaces, and industrial/warehouse properties.
• Ability to independently handle client meetings and property visits.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
• Must possess a professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in dealing with corporate clients and developers.
• Existing network in the commercial real estate market will be an added advantage.
