Job Overview

Seeking a reliable and punctual Office Boy to maintain a clean workplace, manage basic office inventory, and perform occasional outdoor document deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of workstations, pantry, and common areas.
  • Supply Management: Organize and track stationery, pantry supplies, and cleaning materials.
  • Deliveries & Errands: Handle occasional outdoor collection and delivery of documents, packages, and payments.
  • Hospitality & Support: Serve tea/water to guests and assist staff with basic office setups or filing.
