Job Summary

As a LIC Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC's life insurance products to individuals. Your primary goal is to provide clients with suitable insurance solutions, build trust, and help them secure their financial future.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, social media, etc.)
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable LIC policies.
• Explain policy details, benefits, premium options, and terms to customers.
• Facilitate policy documentation and ensure smooth processing.
• Provide post-sale service and help clients with renewals, claims, and updates.
• Maintain relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
• Attend LIC training programs and continuously update product knowledge.

• RequirementsMinimum age: 30 years
• Education: 10th pass (minimum qualification, varies slightly by region)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to build a career in sales and finance
• Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
• Must complete mandatory IRDAI training and licensing process
