HR INTERN – RECRUITMENT

Role: HR Intern / Talent Acquisition Intern

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and source candidates for available vacancies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Post job vacancies and generate candidate leads.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Call candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Line up candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment data and candidate records.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate / pursuing graduation; HR/MBA preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Own laptop and mobile phone are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
