Job Description

Site Operations Manager – Modular Furniture Location: Indore

Company: Nirmanbook Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a hands-on Site Operations Manager to supervise the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes and other furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily installation activities across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate with installers, contractors, designers, factory and project managers.
  • Verify site readiness, measurements, material receipt and installation sequence.
  • Monitor installation quality, timelines and workforce productivity.
  • Identify shortages, damages and technical issues, and arrange quick resolution.
  • Maintain project-wise progress updates, photographs and pending-item lists.
  • Complete snag rectification, final cleaning and customer handover.
  • Ensure nothing remains pending after project closure.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of site execution experience in modular furniture or interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, hardware and installation processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and installation teams simultaneously.
  • Good communication, problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Indore are mandatory.

Success in this role means: Projects are installed on time, with excellent finishing, minimum rework and complete customer satisfaction.
