Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling motor and general insurance policies (issuance, renewal, endorsements).
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claims.
- Support senior team members in business development and client servicing.
- Manage client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, clients, and transactions.
- Follow up on renewals and ensure business retention.
- Assist in claims processing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in insurance broking or insurance company
- Ability to work in a team and assist senior management
- Customer-focused approach with strong coordination skills
