Job Description
HR Recruiter – Apollo Pharmacy
- Recruit Pharmacists, Store Managers, and Pharmacy Store Staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and selection with store/business teams.
- Handle joining formalities and candidate follow-up.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely joining.
