Job Description

Responsible for generating field leads through marketing activities, identifying potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers, conducting site visits, closing sales, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes door-to-door marketing, field campaigns, lead collection, follow-ups, and coordinating with the technical team until project completion. Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills are required. Experience in solar or renewable energy sales is preferred.
