Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Solar Panel Sales Executive in a consultancy role to drive sales for our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, exceptional communication skills, and a strong drive for sales growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

● Sales Generation: Actively identify and approach potential clients for solar panel installations.

● Client Consultation: Advise customers on the best solar solutions based on their energy needs.

● Sales Closure: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals.

● Market Research: Understand the local market trends and competitor activities to help position products effectively.

● Reporting: Regularly report sales activities and performance to management.

● Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners. 

Requirements:

● License: Valid bike license required (for client visits and travel).

● Smartphone: A smartphone is mandatory for sales management, communication, and tracking.

● Training: A 1-month training period is mandatory to understand products, sales processes, and company policies.

● Experience: Prior sales experience in solar or renewable energy sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
