Job Description
- Query Handling: Attend inbound/outbound calls, chats, emails. Resolve issues on first contact.
- Complaint Management: Log tickets in CRM, follow up with internal teams, ensure TAT closure.
- Customer Retention: Counsel unhappy customers, offer solutions, build trust.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, policies, offers, and processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Escalation: Handle complex queries and escalate critical cases to Team Lead / Manager.
- Feedback: Share customer feedback and improvement ideas with management.
- Targets: Meet KPIs — CSAT, AHT, Quality Score, Resolution Rate.
