Customer Support Executive

Position Summary

The Customer Support Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with both customers and vendors. The goal is to ensure high satisfaction, smooth operations, and quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Vendor Handling

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries.

·      Coordinate with vendors to track orders, services, or deliveries.

·      Resolve disputes or delays between customers and vendors tactfully.

Communication & Support

·      Provide accurate information to clients using the right tools.

·      Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.

·      Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Data Management

·      Keep detailed records of customer interactions and complaints.

·      Update vendor logs and performance notes daily.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Location

·      Exactly 0 to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

·      Proven experience dealing with vendors or B2B clients is a big plus.

·      Must belong to or permanently reside in Indore.

Skills Required

·      Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.

·      Problem-Solving: Ability to stay calm and fix issues under pressure.

·      Tech Savvy: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM software.
