Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, field visits. (For 1st 4 months, leads shall be provided)
• Explain solar products and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Schedule site visits with technical team.
• Guide customers regarding subsidy process and loan options.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with installation and backend teams for smooth execution.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi required)
• Basic English understanding preferred
• Confident speaking and convincing ability

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: Graduation
• 2-3 years of solid field sales experience in Solar industry

Job Type

• Full-Time

Salary Structure

• Fixed Salary + Incentives + Bonus (Salary is not a bar for the right candidate)
• Petrol allowance
• Mobile Allowance

Note: We are not under the Provident Fund ambit currently.

Work Location

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh plus occasional travel to neighbouring districts

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

• Must have own smartphone
• Bike & driving license
• Should be comfortable with field work and customer meetings
