Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant with practical knowledge of TallyPrime to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in TallyPrime.

- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

- Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, and general accounts.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Prepare and maintain GST records, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data.

- Handle TDS entries and assist with TDS returns.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.

- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Practical working knowledge of TallyPrime is mandatory.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Good knowledge of debit, credit, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.

- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good record-keeping skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year to maximum 10 years of relevant accounting experience.

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification preferred.
