Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records and manage daily accounting transactions using Vyapar software.

Handle Tally for bookkeeping, GST filing, and financial statement preparation.

Perform basic Excel operations for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in GST/TDS returns.

Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and expense reports.

Work with the management team to improve financial processes and cost efficiency.

Maintain proper documentation and support external audits as required.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Vyapar software, Tally, and basic Excel.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in handling e-commerce accounting.

Knowledge of payroll processing and tax calculations.
