Job Description

  • Maintain accounts and bookkeeping using Tally.
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain expense reports.
  • Process employee salaries on time.
  • Follow up on pending payments and receivables.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
  • Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial planning.
