Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description

BetterGrowth Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls and online channels.
• Explain the company's products and services professionally.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer handling and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
