Sales and Marketing Manager

NAAD Builders is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote real estate projects, handle client inquiries, and drive property sales.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, social media, and other marketing channels.
2. Identify potential customers for residential and commercial properties.
3. Handle customer inquiries and explain project details.
4. Schedule client meetings and coordinate property site visits.
5. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
6. Promote projects through online and offline marketing activities.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
