Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.
- Conduct property/project site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Convert leads and site visits into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Real estate sales experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
